As it seems, frying eggs and your moods is directly related. I used to make perfect fried eggs, sunny side up, both sides fried, and the yolk still was liquid, ummm i love those..
It just started a couple of weeks back, Starting december i guess, i was in a bad mood and when trying to crack open the egg, things went horribly wrong. The crack was big and very much smashed up. Small pieces of the shell also went inside, which i had to painfully remove.
Ever since, i've been having a rough time cracking eggs for frying. Just today i cracked an egg all good but the yolk was broken as well, it doesn't taste the same with solid yolk, liquid yolk my favorite!!!
